Housing and Storage Agreement

By completing this form below, I am choosing to live on campus (and/or keep my belongings on campus) during the Intersession Housing period of May 2nd - 11th 2008, I understand that the fee for this specific time span is NOT included in the Housing Contract for Summer and that I will have to pay the amount listed below.

I also understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All University of North Florida, Housing Operations and Residence Life policies are in effect during this period.
  2. Intersession Housing will be in Osprey Cove from May 2nd - May 11th, 2008.
  3. I must move my Summer A assignment by 3:00pm on Saturday, May 3rd, 2008.
  4. In order to qualify for Intersession, I must have a Summer A 2008 Housing Assignment and have paid/deferred the Summer Intersession fee and the Summer A rent by Monday, April 28, 2008.
  5. The financial assessment will be added in the appropriate amount. Intersession rental rates and storage are as follows (please select one option):

    Option #1: Choosing to store belongings in
    Summer A Assignment - $75.00
       
    Option #2: Choosing to stay on campus in
    Osprey Cove - $180.00
       
  6. The financial assessment wil be reflected as a summer assessment, and must be paid in full no later than 2:00pm on Monday, April 28th, 2008.

I have read this Summer Intersession Housing Agreement and Storage and will comply with all of the terms and conditions listed.
