Summer A 2008 Contracts

PRIOR to April 1, 2008 - Cancellation with no penalty.
Prepayment refunded (less $50 processing fee).

AFTER April 1, 2008 and prior to opening of Facility –
Student assessed $125 cancellation fee; prepayment forfeited.

Summer B 2008 Contracts

PRIOR to May 1, 2008 - Cancellation with no penalty.
Prepayment refunded (less $50 processing fee).

AFTER May 1, 2008 and prior to opening of Facility –
Student assessed $125 cancellation fee; prepayment forfeited.
